COORDINATING

  • The process of systematically analyzing a situation, developing relevant information, and selecting the most effective combination of available resources to meet specific objectives.

EVALUATING

  • Verify that actual performance matches the predetermined goals and objectives. This includes monitoring, feedback, and making adjustments to processes and structures accordingly.
  • Establish performance standards based on the firm's objectives, past and current performance. These may include the overall efficiency, effectiveness and profitability of an enterprise.
